Will I be asked for ID?

 

If you’re lucky enough to look under 25 then please be prepared to be asked for a valid form of identification. If you get asked for ID please do not be offended.

 

What forms of id can I use?

 

We only accept the following forms of identification: Uk photo card driving licence, military ID, a valid passport.

 

What is your dress code?

 

We know this is a difficult rule to set, which is why we try to keep it as simple as we can.

 

We ask that our customers arrive smartly dressed and keep it stylish, fashionable and fresh but we do make a decision on an individual basis. We work hard to make sure Neo is ready for you to party so we ask that you do the same.

 

We can’t make promises over the phone or by email- It’s just too tricky, so if you look the part then you shouldn’t have a problem.

Will I be refused entry?

 

The club’s management reserves the right to refuse admission. If you are old enough, look the part and act the right way then you’ll be welcomed into the club. We reserve the right to refuse admission or service to customers who are or appear to be intoxicated. We encourage people to drink responsibly.

 

Will I get a refund on prepaid tickets/packages if I have been refused entry?

 

All tickets/packages are non refundable. In specific circumstances you may be able to obtain a refund at the discretion of the club’s management. You can expect a reply within 48 hours. Please note that refunds are issued to the credit/debit cards used for payment and can take up to 10 working days to process.

 

Will I be searched?

 

We will sometimes operate a random search policy of customers, in the interest of customer safety. The search policy may be implemented depending on the type of event taking place, risk assessment or on advice of police. We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs, anyone suspected of taking drugs or dealing drugs will be searched and ejected from the venue. In instances where drugs are found customers will be detained and the matter will be reported to the police.

 

I’ve sent the club a message via the contact us form, when can i expect a reply?

 

As a nightclub our office hours can differ from a typical 9-5 business. We do our best to reply to customers within 24 hours. Some instances by their very nature require investigation and due to this may take a little longer. If you have any concerns, please give the club a call on the number provided in the contact us link.

 

I’ve lost an item in the club, what do I do next?

 

If an item is found in the club or you’ve left something in our coatroom we will endeavour to store the item until it is collected, within a reasonable time frame. If you’ve lost an item please send us a message via the “contact us” link with as much detail about the item as possible. Where it was left ( if you are aware) and when. The more detail you give us the easier it will be for us to locate your item,
